The Zoobly Editor Kristin Chenoweth is back—and she’s not just starring, she’s producing! Her new musical The Queen of Versailles opens at the St. James Theatre this fall, with previews starting October 8 and an official debut on November 9. Based on the 2012 documentary, the show follows Jackie and David Siegel’s attempt to build the largest private home in America before the 2008 recession hits. Chenoweth plays Jackie Siegel alongside Oscar-winner F. Murray Abraham as David. The cast includes Melody Butiu, Stephen DeRosa, and Nina White, with music by Stephen Schwartz (yes, the Wicked legend!).
